Supervising and leading operational shifts on a daily basis, with focus and emphasis on a high-quality guest experience. Handling money, staff and guest issues daily in positive ways. A well qualified candidate must maintain health department standards, while focusing on multiple cost managements across the board in the operations of a full-service restaurant. Ordering, scheduling and P&L knowledge a plus. Previous experience required in full-service restaurant management.
