Private Residential House Manager/Personal Assistant
We are currently interviewing for a Private Residential House Manager/Personal Assistant to create a long-term, trusting relationship with a busy entrepreneurial family.

The ideal candidate will be attentive to the smallest details, show a sense of urgency, must be discreet, have administrative experience and be proactive.
Responsibilities include:
Home Management
- Oversee all aspects of the home, pool, property, vehicles, etc.
- Provisioning for groceries and common household items.
- Walk dogs when at the home (2 dogs)
- Organizing and maintain pantries, closets, utility closet, dry good areas
- Stock all bulk use items and maintain current Inventory lists
- Put away dry cleaning
- Laundry for 2 adults, 1 teenager (minimal, 2-3 loads/week)
- Preference though not required: house and dog sitter when family out of town (additional pay)
- The family already has a housekeeper. Minor duties helpful. Straighten the household before leaving each day, take out the trash when full, etc.
Administrative and Financial
- Develop and maintain a concise, meticulously tracking contact information and vendor list
- monthly and quarterly House operations reporting
- Reconciling credit card monthly expense reports
- Maintain and update the home manuals to include the vendor list (i.e., Window cleaning, Pressure washing, lawn & pool maintenence)
- Develop checklist for incoming and processing mail
- Process mail
- Conduct and compile research online
- Make appointments for dog grooming
Errands
- Running errands (such as returning packages to UPS, picking up prescriptions, etc.)
- Shipping packages via Fed Ex, UPS and USPS
- Online purchases and in-person purchasing, buying gifts
Your Required Qualifications and Skills
- Must be dog friendly.
- A reliable, flexible, charismatic, and highly organized individual that operates with the utmost discretion always.
- Has the ability to establish and maintain excellent rapport and interface successfully with others from all levels and backgrounds.
- Adept at problem-solving, with a proven ability to quickly grasp issues and to adjust rapidly to changing priorities.
- Keen attention to detail while always maintaining a view of the “bigger picture.”
- Have extensive knowledge of social, business, and personal conduct etiquette in representing the employer in all aspects of their life.
- Have superior oral, phone, and written communication skills.
- Bring positive energy, enthusiasm, and maturity.
- Maintain a well-presented appearance.
- Must pass a national criminal background check, reference checks, drug screen, and a clean driving record.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities, as this position is a diverse, interactive, and not a cookie-cutter role. Flexibility is required.
Your Education and Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
