Paid Time Off (PTO)

CHAS Health offers up to 6 weeks of PTO per anniversary year for full time employees.

Loan Reimbursement Program that provides reimbursement for student loan payments up to $5,250 per year for CHAS Health employees working a minimum of 30 hours a week who have completed 90 days of employment and are in good standing. This program is for employees with qualified student loans that are not eligible for state or federal loan repayment programs.

Flexible Work Arrangements

This CHAS Health benefit provides employees the opportunity to work modified schedules, work part-time, or work from home. This structure allows employees in eligible positions more flexibility with balancing work and personal life.

Purpose of Job:

Improve the overall health of the communities we serve by facilitating clinic or department level improvement efforts as follows:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supports and coaches quality improvement at the clinic/department level by:
  • Analyzing and displaying data.
  • Facilitating clinic/department leadership meetings.
  • Leading staff in change management.
• Acts as a systems and data resource to colleagues.
• Maintains general knowledge of all clinic/department processes.
• Works effectively with QI team to share and spread best practices.
• Aligns clinic/department quality improvement efforts to improve population health.
• Validates end user reports as needed.
• Performs other duties assigned, including supporting the CHAS Health Mission and Core Values

Qualifications:

Education/Experience: Work history or education that demonstrates experience utilizing data to teach, effect change, solve problems and foster analytical thinking. Previous experience working for underserved populations preferred.

Skills: Ability to work proactively and collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently and part of a team as required. Intermediate or advanced level of expertise with Microsoft Office tools preferred. Electronic health, pharmaceutical or dental records system and/or quality improvement experience preferred. Commitment to supporting a safe, respectful, equitable, and inclusive environment required. Valid drivers' license and insurance required.

Physical Demands:

Required to stand, sit and be mobile up to one-third of the time. Required to use hands to finger, handle or feel over two-thirds of the time; while reaching with hands and arms occurs one-third of the day. Required to read from text and computer screen over two-thirds of the time. Climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling or crouching occurs less than one-third of the time. Communicating occurs constantly throughout the day. Lifting occurs about half the time up to 10 lbs and less than one-third of the day from 25-40 lbs. Rarely is there a need to lift more than 41 lbs.
