Position: Regulatory Specialist

Location: Waterbury, CT with occasional travel to Hamden, CT

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description: This is a full-time position in Waterbury, CT with occasional travel to Hamden, CT. The Regulatory Specialist will be responsible for the start-up, maintenance, and close-out activities of our clinical trials. The individual must have good attention to detail, as well as a high proficiency in Microsoft Office Products including Office 365, Teams, Sharepoint, Word, and Excel. Regulatory responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Receipt of initial regulatory package from Sponsor
  • Accurate completion and submission of regulatory documents (FDA 1572, Financial Disclosure Forms, CVs, Medical Licenses, etc.)
  • General filing and maintenance of the Regulatory/eRegulatory Binders for each clinical trial
  • Updating CVs, Medical Licenses, training certificates as needed
  • Adding and removing staff from studies as needed
  • Documenting staff training and updating logs (DOA, training logs) as needed
  • Managing the archiving of closed studies according to SOPs

Fully Vaccinated to COVID-19 is required. Booster strongler preferred.

Influenza vaccination annually is required.

Salary: $21-25 per hour

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
