What are the responsibilities and job description for the VP of Construction position at CHASE Professionals?
VP of Reconstruction
The VP of Reconstruction is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of all assigned projects. The VP of Reconstruction is also responsible for working closely with occupants and property owners throughout the reconstruction process, including daily updates to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Field Management
Responds to large losses with the first responder team
Manage personnel needs in conjunction with the Project Managers
Oversight of all commercial and residential large loss through reconstruction
Ensure all demolition is clean, complete, and ready for rebuild
Adhere to all OSHA and Environment regulations
Ensure project work meets the highest standards of workmanship based on industry standards
Provide the highest level of customer service at all times
All other duties or projects as assigned
Office Management
Review and monitor paperwork/tasks related to projects
Manage and update project schedules as needed
Monitor employee time and attendance portal and approval of employee hours
Hold team meetings, including weekly training and equipment checks
Ensure equipment is in working condition, inspected, and ready for deployment
Manage and maintain equipment inventory lists
Ensure vehicles are ready and stocked
Responsible for directing, mentoring, and training department
Meet all billing, revenue, and profit margin goals
QUALIFICATIONS
5-7 years of residential and commercial reconstruction experience
3 years of project management experience
IICRC certifications is a PLUS!
Must be able to travel in response to both emergency and non-emergency losses
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, and internal and external contacts throughout the project management process.
Bilingual is a PLUS!
OSHA 30 is a PLUS!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
