This position provides support to users of Chauvet information technology systems and infrastructure. Handles systems hardware/software upgrade and maintenance. Assists with administrative functions such as user id management, asset tracking, security, and patch management. Responsible for escalating and communicating problems with department management and external support.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage Intake through project lifecycle.
- Liaison to 3rd party resources.
- Procurement Support & Invoice Review for IT Project & Operations activities.
- Maintain tasks, timelines, resources & budget tracking.
- Queue Management of Project Related and Operational.
- Support IT Management in the preparation of presentations to company leadership.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Assign tasks to internal resources, assist with schedule management.
- Make sure that customer & stakeholder needs are met as projects evolve.
- Identify & communicate possible risks and opportunities to project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Follow-up with project team members on uncompleted tasks and open issue logs.
- Prepare materials and project artifacts such as flowcharts, task lists & project schedules, testing scenarios and training material.
- Assist in the preparation of Project Status Reports.
Requirements
- 3-5 or more years as a Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager
- Desired experience in coordination of IT Project including Infrastructure, Software Development, or IT Security.
- Manage Intake through project lifecycle.
