Grace House is a residential treatment program for mothers in early recovery located in Northampton, MA. The program can house up to fourteen families in a collective living environment, where they share space and resources in an effort to build a recovery community and encourage peaceful living. As a therapeutic setting, we strive to provide each family with a safe, nurturing environment where mothers and their children can experience success.
The Clinical Director is responsible for the oversight and supervision of all clinical and treatment needs for up to fourteen families. The Clinical Director’s role involves providing ongoing clinical supervision and consultation to the treatment team in order to provide effective services to the individuals served. The Clinical Director will interact with treatment team staff, clients, colleagues, and other community members on a regular basis. The goal is to develop and provide the most effective treatment services in order to supports our mother’s to maintain their recovery while living independently within the community. The Clinical Director is responsible for some shared on-call responsibilities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Masters Degree in related field • LADC or CADC preferred, willingness to work towards one of these required. • Ability to pass a Criminal Offender Record Information check (CORI) • 5 years’ experience in clinical treatment positions • Supervisory Experience • Knowledge of Substance Use disorders and treatment for such • Individuals in Recovery encouraged to apply • Valid Driver’s license and reliable vehicle for work purposes
