What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event and Wedding Consultant (Catering) position at Chef Jeff Catering?
We are family- minded full service company that offers boutique style food and services options for a variety of events. We are looking for a dynamic team player who is passionate about connecting clients to the food and services options that best meet their needs. This person should enjoy working with clients on the front end of their event planning experience.
Responsibilities:
- Be a warm and personable face of the organization. They will be the first point of contact for potential clients and nurture ongoing relationships with our current client base.
- Reply to clients promptly and be comfortable communicating on the phone, virtually and through email.
- Have a thorough understanding of food and events and be able to talk clients through options that will best suit their needs and meet company standards.
The ideal team member will enjoy working in a collaborative and fast paced environment, is looking to help develop and build a robust consulting processes for a growing company, is internally motivated to win clients over with exceptional service and is able to stay organized with the help of our tools and systems.
This position will mainly be Monday -Friday however the ideal candidate will be able to go offsite to events from time to time.
This position is eligible for bonuses, our employee incentive program and tips.
