Job Description
The E-Commerce Team Lead is a hands-on position focused on monitoring and overseeing the day-to-day responsibilities of our online business. This individual is responsible for developing and growing the existing accounts with a primary focus on Amazon, but also other E-Commerce platforms. Team leads help maintain an excellent working environment through leadership, direction, training, and development. This role will be based out of the Chefman office located in Mahwah, NJ.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain inventory levels of key online products.
- Research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and industry trends to capitalize on market opportunities.
- Manage & execute all promotional campaigns for the US and International websites.
- Prepare sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of our competitors.
- Inspect landing pages, product information, and all other pertinent systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
Required Experience
- Experience in E-Commerce a must, Amazon experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented
