Location: NYC, NY Office

We are looking for a visionary Director of Product Management to spearhead the development and launch of new B2C learning products, powered by generative AI tools. The ideal candidate will boast a proven track record of identifying product- market fit for innovative offerings. This role requires a start-up mindset within our larger organization, focusing on developing products that unlock fresh value, deliver personalized experiences, and play a critical role in the company's evolution, driving product-led growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch for new learning products,. Leverage generative AI tools to create innovative solutions.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for new product development, ensuring alignment with company goals and harnessing generative AI technologies.
- Employ a zero -to -one thinking approach to identify opportunities and create disruptive products.
- Implement the MVP process to validate product ideas, iterate based on user feedback, and ensure product-market fit.
- Cultivate a start-up mentality within the team to drive innovation and agility.
- Collaborate with AI research and engineering teams to integrate cutting-edge generative AI technology into compelling products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
- Develop products that unlock new value for customers through innovative features and personalized experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, user experience design, learning design, product marketing, and analytics. Together, drive product success.
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success. Continuously iterate on product features to enhance performance.
- Lead and inspire a team of four Product Managers.
- 10 years in product management and development
- 3 years experience in building product experiences that leverage Machine Learning/genAI driven personalization, a stint in EdTech a plus
- Experience in developing personalized products that enhance customer value.
- 3 years of experience in attracting, managing, and growing high-performing teams, including managing, and developing leaders.
- Proven ability to bring new B2C products to market successfully.
- Demonstrated success in leveraging generative AI or related technologies in product development.
- Strong understanding of the MVP approach and agile methodologies.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to drive a start-up mentality within a larger organization.
