About you

  • Experienced account leader with an emphasis on influencers, partnerships, social media and buzzworthy activations.
  • Proactive thinker who understands brand partnerships, asset negotiation and ROI.
  • Solid understanding of creator community and social media landscape, ranging from emerging creators to social celebs and cultural leaders.
  • Detail-obsessed and extremely organized.
  • Enjoy diving into data analysis, and how to extract insights.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude, willing to jump in and find solutions with minimal guidance.
  • Look forward to building from bespoke programs and organizational processes.
  • Familiar with large-scale omni-channel programs and the inter-agency collaboration.
About the role
Like you, this job is multidimensional, and every aspect is crucial to creating culturally relevant work.
  • Be the leader within an integrated agency team, leading the influencer marketing initiatives for our clients, and special activations related to the roster of retained influencers.
  • Develop never been done before strategies, creative campaigns, production efforts and activations that are setting the new industry standard for influencers marketing.
  • Vet and present complex campaign ideas that align with the overall client objectives using data driven perform marketing.
  • Manage and oversee the partnership activation process from exploration and outreach, through execution and all steps in between.
  • Lead the sourcing, acquisition, activation and integration process of influencers, partnerships and other special activations (digital and/or physical).
  • Find and partner with subject matter experts within the integrated agency team to bring each influencers content to life while still producing client KPI objectives.
  • Responsible for creating, implementing and tracking project timelines, assigning owners and proactively tracking progress with little oversight.
  • Create and update client-facing presentations in Excel and PPT format, plus present to client leadership including C-Suite executives.
  • Handle budget and performance tracking of a robust, diverse roster of always on influencers (50 ) and campaigns (12 per year).



About the requirements
You’ve got to check the boxes before you can think outside of them.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 10 years of client-facing industry experience, agency or brand partnership side STRONGLY preferred.
  • 6 years of experience managing brand/talent partnerships, social media and high profile activations.
  • Strong mentor with experience managing and mentoring a team.
  • Experienced with leading and managing influencer acquisition.
  • Highly proficient with both small scale to larger scale video productions.
  • Well qualified in large-scale, multi-day programs involving various capabilities, especially social, digital, experiential and paid media.
  • Confident leading internal and client teams on fast-paced timelines.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of client and agency operations.
  • Great at forming strong client relationships and internal relationships.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills, strong Excel and PPT skills.
  • Exceptional data analysis using various social, media and influencer data capture systems to drive ROI.
  • Skilled in developing plans, processes and solutions to never-been-done-before programs where those items did not previously exist.
  • Passionate, positive, and solution-oriented.
  • Position based in DFW area, extended hours and weekend work as necessary.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid office environment.
