Job Purpose
Ensure that client transportation needs of all FCCBH programs are met.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two years related experience preferred.
- Two Years experience in direct employee supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, primarily Microsoft office applications.
- Must be able to work flexible hours.
Core Job Duties
- Direct supervision of the transportation driver teams.
- Process client transfer requests and assign to appropriate drivers within the time given.
- Optimize the driver routes to ensure efficient driver utilization.
- Update driver schedules as needed.
- Conduct monthly driver meetings, to include safety topics and current updates.
- Promote teamwork, safety, and housekeeping.
- Train/coach new drivers to ensure all job duties are performed as required.
- Adherence to all applicable evidence-based practice models.
- Orally communicate information effectively and accurately.
- Assure program operates within the constraints of the agency’s certification (CARF, DMH) standards and strategic plan related to clinical care.
- Abide by program and agency policies and procedures.
- Other job duties and special projects as assigned.
