Chemours is seeking an experienced IT Applications Specialist to join our Global Automation IT team! This position will report directly to the Global Automation Leader in our Wilmington, DE location. This position is key to our efforts and initiatives in helping the organization to drive automation and simplification in our business processes. This role will help lead our strategy to fully utilize the Microsoft Power Platform and integration with our backend systems. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: Designing and overseeing the governance for the Microsoft Power Platform Lead the effort to create a data-driven culture for business intelligence and reporting Documenting workflow practices and business requirements Designing and developing training documentation Building custom business applications and workflow including custom connectors Designing and building virtual agents/chatbots to enable automation and workflow efficiency In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following: College degree in Computer Science, Management Information System or equivalent Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including PowerBI, Power Automate, PowerApps, and Power Virtual Agents Ability to use Microsoft Excel®, Word ®, PowerPoint® and other Microsoft 365 Office tools A willingness to learn new technology and help others to learn and apply Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally Ability to collaborate with a global workforce Experiencing in programming and scripting Benefits: Competitive Compensation Comprehensive Benefits Packages 401(k) Match Employee Stock Purchase Program Tuition Reimbursement Commuter Benefits Learning and Development Opportunities Strong Inclusion and Diversity Initiatives Company-paid Volunteer Days WE’RE CHEMOURS.
