JOB SUMMARY:
Bartenders will provide a positive experience to members and guests through beverage services.
PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVE:
Provide beverage service in a timely, accurate, professional and courteous manor..
JOB TASKS (Duties):
- Greet and assist members at arrival.
- Setup bars for service including ice, garnishes, etc.
- Observe event sheets and confirm bar is ready for required event service.
- Prepare and serve beverages to guests at the bar.
- Prepare service drinks based on printed orders for service staff.
- Must be knowledgeable on various traditional and trending cocktails and mocktails.
- Complete accurate member chits and daily sales checkout to ensure proper member billing.
- Stock and rotate stock to prepare bars for the next shift.
- Put away deliveries for proper storage and access.
- Maintain a clean bar workspace and storage areas.
- Take out garbage and recycling daily.
- Maintain a professional and friendly presence.
- Work together as a team and Smile!
Hourly pay plus automatic 20% service charge on all sales, shift meals included when working. Access to golf on limited schedule.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
