E-Games Technician I-Grove

SUMMARY

Handle the execution of machine moves, game conversions, installations, maintenance, floor upgrades, and repairs of E-Games machines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Includes the following:

· Demonstrates computer literacy.

· Works closely with vendors and assist them in machine repairs.

· Performs machine repairs under the supervision of a higher-level technician.

· Maintains the positive image of CNE.

· Focuses on guest service.

· Demonstrates troubleshooting techniques and escalate problems if needed.

· Assists in machine installs or changes.

· Executes machine moves, game conversions, installations, and floor upgrades.

· Performs preventative maintenance on machines.

· Maintains an accurate parts inventory.

· Responds in a timely fashion to technician calls on floor.

· Takes initiative to ask for and offer help to guests and co-workers.

· Adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies.

· Assists in the repair of ticket redemption kiosks and ATMs under the supervision of a higher-level technician.

· Ensures work is performed in a safe manner.

· Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY

No supervisory/management authority.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 1 year of previous E-Games experience or 1 year of previous experience in a technical field such as IT, electrical, or equivalent. Requires completion of IGT Courses: MT321, MT412, MT413, and MT103.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

· Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.

· Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.

· Ability to pass background check, pre-employment check, and random drug tests.

· Ability to work well under pressure.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position is primarily performed on the casino floor which includes exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise. Work may require lifting and carrying materials up to 75 lbs. Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time. Must have flexibility to work varied shift including, weekends and holidays, as needed.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
