SUMMARY
The Barback will be responsible for stocking all necessary supplies for all beverage venues before, during, and after each shift. Must be 21 years or older.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following (Other duties may be assigned):
- Stocks all forms of beer, wine, liquor, juice, and non-alcoholic mix or beverage to the independent venues as well as select storage areas.
- Responsible for stocking other dry goods or perishable supplies.
- Works in a team environment to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Duties may vary by location.
- Performs other job duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY
No direct supervisory or management authority.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Requires a minimum of at least 1 year related experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Good communication skills.
- Must have the ability to multitask
- Requires the ability to work a flexible shift.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must have ability to acquire a Food Handler’s Card from the Cherokee Nation as well as having passed all Alcohol Awareness training provided by CNE.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Strong exposure to smoke, noise, and bright lights.
- Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs.
- Constant standing and walking is required for this position.
