We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Security Officer to join our team. This position is located in Class A property held by 19 buildings with cafes, vending, car detailing and government sites. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
```Responsibilities```
- Patrol designated areas on foot or by vehicle to ensure the security of the premises
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records
- Enforce property rules and regulations
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional manner
- Conduct regular inspections of access points and equipment
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
```Requirements```
-Must be able to obtain a federal government security clearance
- Proven experience in surveillance, loss prevention, or law enforcement preferred
-Must have a clean MVR Record
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Rover Security Officer Additional requirements:
- Must pass a drug screen
- Must be able to pass a MVR check
- Must pass and obtain federal security clearance in order to work in a government setting.
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must not be dishonorably discharged from the military
- Must not have a clearance revoked for security reasons
- Must have at least a high school diploma or GED
- Must have a clear criminal record.
Rover Security Officer Job Duties:
- Patrolling property site via vehicle and foot
- Unlock / secure units as requested by property management.
- Block off areas for events, construction work, etc.
- Must be able to work in various elements when out of the vehicle.
- Maintain a high level of communication with property management, staff, and director.
Salary : $17 - $18
