Your Next Great Adventure
The Closing Coordinator is responsible for managing the entire process after contract to closing, ensuring all necessary documentation and closing procedures are completed efficiently and accurately within the deadlines. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, including buyers, lenders, and title companies.
Qualifications

- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- The position is in an office environment with occasional visits to construction sites and title companies.
- May require working evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules and closing deadlines.
