Chesser Financial is seeking to hire a financial services professional to join a team of advisors and sales assistants with over 100 years of combined experience. As a firm, we develop long-term relationships with our clients, teaching and equipping them for the financial decisions they make throughout their lives.

The ideal candidate holds a high view of service to clients, pays rigorous attention to detail, and takes initiative to learn and teach others in a continually changing industry.

Qualifications
3 years of experience in financial services or a related field (preferred)
Life insurance producer license (preferred)
Series 6, 7, 63, 65, or 66 licenses (preferred)
Skills
Clear oral and written communication
Detailed notation of activities using a client relationship manager (CRM)
High-level reading comprehension
Ability to communicate complex concepts in easy-to-understand language
Collaboration toward achieving the goals of the team
Job Duties
Respond to client requests for trades, deposits/withdrawals, policy loans, and other miscellaneous items
Monitor and ensure completion of client requests, including cashiering services and balance transfers
Initiate and monitor death claim procedures
Coordinate payment of insurance premiums from client accounts
Coordinate required minimum distributions and 72(t) withdrawals from client accounts
Generate paperwork for and process new investment and insurance business
Assist in answering phones and greeting clients at the office location as needed
Assist in other clerical duties as needed
