Position Summary: Responsible for cycle counting warehouse inventory and restocking pick floor.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Count all full goods and raw materials in the warehouse daily, manually or using a handheld scanner.
- Recount daily inventory variances.
- Restock warehouse pick floor using Powered Industrial Equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack).
- Perform rotation while stocking product FEFO (First Expired First Out).
- Generate and review daily reports.
- Assist in reconciliation of inventory variances of full goods/raw materials/ancillary items.
- Foster/Maintain open communication with Warehouse Receiving Department.
- Review/Audit product movement within facilities, i.e., check out/in procedures.
- Assist in the training and development of departmental personnel.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Warehouse experience preferred.
- Prior inventory experience preferred.
- Strong computer and database skills.
- Strong math skills.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to operate a manual / powered pallet jack and forklift (will train).
- Demonstrated communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to repetitively lift, pull and push 50 pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach.
Work Environment: Warehouse work environment. Temperature can be very hot and humid during the warmer months.

Job Status: Full-Time
FLSA Status: Hourly/Non-Exempt
Salary: $38,000 - 48,000/yr
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 am-12:00 pm; Extended days and hours as needed
