Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Responsible to facilitate 5 daily Operations Maintenance Coordination meetings (Mon – Thur) which are intended to review daily maintenance work accomplished, following days finalized maintenance schedule & review of emergency / priority break in schedule events.
Must prepare work order data for each coordination meeting in advance of meeting.
Update all maintenance work schedules as needed following discussions/changes/optimizations during coordination meetings.
Compile updated schedule information and share follow days maintenance schedule with all Operations & Maintenance teams.
Update current live maintenance personnel schedules based on direction/instruction from Maintenance Supervisors.
Analyzes short term maintenance work trends/metrics for data quality and efficiency improvement opportunities and communicates out actions as needed.
Supports medium/long term scheduling activities as needed.
Required qualifications:
7 years of experience in Maintenance Planning or Scheduling roles and extensive experience with InforEAM.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated high level data management and preparation skills and abilities.
Strong Oil & Gas operations and maintenance knowledge .
Must have ability to work 8:30am – 6:00pm CST Mon-Thus work schedule due to late afternoon required meeting times.
Preferred qualifications:
10 - 15 years of experience in Maintenance Planning or Scheduling roles
Strong experience & capabilities with InforEAM & SAP CMMS software platforms.
