As part of this mission, Chewy Health is currently seeking an experienced individual to fill our Sr. Program Manager - PMO position to join our Healthcare Services team based in Bellevue, WA, Boston, MA or Dania Beach, FL. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about building quality processes, tools, developing auditing mechanisms, and ensuring adherence. The Sr. PM will institute processes that instill a culture of high-quality project management across the Practice Hub organization. This role will partner with product, tech, engineering, legal, pharmacy, and our clinic-facing teams to define, prioritize, and develop key organizational projects.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the development of a standardized project delivery mechanism, partnering closely with Program, Product, Tech, and other stakeholder teams on its creation and driving adoption
  • Facilitate program and project intake and prioritization to ensure work is prioritized and defined to meet strategic objectives
  • Coordinate, maintain, and communicate integrated product and program roadmaps, and drive alignment, collaboration, and execution
  • Own continuous program planning processes and program management, dependency, and risk management, tracking project progress, and escalation of issues/bottlenecks
  • Create, document, and drive adoption and adherence to standard operating procedures for Practice Hub operations
  • Communicate with up to VP-level leadership on project status
  • Review and analyze defect data, while developing corresponding action plans to reduce and eliminate root causes

What You'll Need:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related discipline
  • 5 years of experience related to portfolio, program, and/or project management in business-to-business roles
  • Strong oral and written communication skills up to VP-level
  • Track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with the following: Salesforce.com, Lucidchart, Jira, Confluence, SendGrid, Oracle, MS Office
  • Ability to connect delivery to business impacts in support of prioritizing work to the highest value & strategizing delivery options (thought leadership)
  • Experience in using qualitative and quantitative data to advise recommendations
  • Comfortable working in a very fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Deep knowledge of Agile, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Position may require travel

Bonus:

  • Experience in veterinary or pharmaceutical industry
  • Project management officer or similar role
  • PMP Certified
