What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host position at Chez Soul?
Our team of energetic and enthusiastic Host/Hostes is responsible for greeting guests, seating them and completing/processing guest checks. A successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, be detail oriented and have the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests to the restaurant and seat them at a table.
- Serve drinks, appetizers, and meals to guests after seating them at a table.
- Smile and appear friendly.
- Demonstrate good posture; maintain a clean appearance.
- Work under pressure; take tables in a timely manner.
- Act as a server for other servers in their section.
- Keep the restaurant clean and organized.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
