Makes outbound calls to new leads, lapsed users, & targeted clients.

Accepts in-bound phone calls and assists clients as needed.

Responsible for meeting/exceeding sales goals of the department.

Builds relationships with catering clients via phone and email by promoting incentives, noting next order needs and offering quotes.

Understands guest needs and provides great customer service

Builds and maintains strong team relationships.

Helps solve issues at store level and department level.

Provides detailed communication.

Uses attention to detail when entering orders into the platform then routing to the nearest store.

Requests, accepts, and applies payments to correct orders.

Learns Chi’Lantro’s operating system and utilizes the available tools.
- Solid and proven track record for catering sales.
- Must have minimum of 6 months outbound/in-bound sales experience.
- Must have professional phone/email etiquette.
- Strong communication & organizational skills with attention to detail.
- High standards and commitment to excellence with a passion for the client.
- Understand and be able to effectively communicate all catering initiatives as well as current promotions.
- All candidates will be required to be authorized to work in the United States, and be a minimum of 18 years of age.

Now deeply rooted in the Austin area, we have 8 locations and a booming catering department.
