Our staffing coordinator is a very important role that helps with staffing needs at all campuses.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing staffing and scheduling support to patient care areas.
- Consistently answers the telephones promptly and courteously
- Provides nurse managers with a plan sheet and assists them in the preparation of their four week schedule.
- Assigns and reassigns shifts utilizing all available resources.
- Consistently processes payroll accurately using information available and in a specified time frame.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Two years college or the equivalent. At least four years related hospital experience
Word processing, Microsoft Word preferred. Excel. Demonstrated communication skills, both oral and written. Accurate typing; ability to perform multiple tasks; ability to work independently without close supervision; decision making skills
Salary : $16 - $22
