Responsibilities
As a Medical Floor CNA you will assist with patient care as well as clerical and general cleaning tasks.
Essential Duties:
- Ensures efficient delivery of patient care.
- Observes, collects and records data related to a patient's biophysical psychosocial environmental and self care ability. Analyzes assessment data to formulate a nursing diagnosis. Measures progress toward attainment of patient outcomes and goals.
- Implements an age appropriate plan of care in conjunction with the physician, patient, patient's family and other members of the interdisciplinary health care team.
- Administers medication.
Qualifications
License/Certifications:
- Current State of Oregon CNA License
- American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers within 30 days of hire
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
$18.74 - $25.77 /hour
