Pay Range
$32.08 - $46.51 /hour

Responsibilities
- You will manage the security of diagnostic imaging service operations and establish a secure environment for clients, employees, and the public.
- You will develop and apply policies, protocols, and procedures to measure and improve the quality of different departments' diagnostic imaging services and customer satisfaction.
- Attend meetings with leadership to learn about new initiatives, budgetary status, areas for improvement, etc., and bring this information back to your staff.
- Monitor the productivity and efficiency of your department, including budgets.
- Manage diagnostic imaging service activities' safety and create a safe environment for patients, staff, and the public.
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of three (3) years leadership experience OR Master's Degree and no experience *May consider candidates with an Associate's Degree and a minimum of eight (8) years of experience as a Rad Tech or CT Tech and five (5) years of leadership experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Rad Tech, CT Tech, Nuclear Med Tech, Mammo Tech, MRI Tech, or Sonographer
- Minimum Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Licensed by the North Dakota Society of Radiologic Technologists (RT)
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Experience in multiple modalities in a Critical Access Hospital .
