A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CREDIT UNION CUSTOMER SERVICE / SALES REP

In this full- or part-time banking position, you are a liaison between our members and our organization. Always courteous and professional, you serve as the primary contact for our members' questions, requests, and problems. You assist clients with a variety of routine transactions such as opening accounts, managing loans, and processing credit card requests. As you communicate with clients, you actively promote our products and services that meet their financial needs.

If a member has an issue, you promptly address the problem and resolve any complaints. Motivated to bring in new accounts and increase our loan volume, you actively participate in off-site sales events to promote our business. You also attend local community events to increase branch awareness and attract new members. You take pride in helping maintain our clients' finances and futures!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CREDIT UNION CUSTOMER SERVICE / SALES REP

• 3 years of experience as a personal banker
• Knowledge about the loan process including opening, processing, and closing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• High school degree or equivalent

A college degree in business or a related field would be a plus! Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Are you highly motivated and goal-oriented? Can you effectively prioritize multiple tasks? Do you have strong sales skills? If yes, you might just be perfect for this banking position!

WORK SCHEDULE

This full- or part-time position typically works Monday - Friday, during the hours of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
