Chicago Title has an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated Account Executive in Northwest Indiana. This position requires generating new business opportunities with real estate brokers, developers, investors, lenders, attorneys and other industry professionals while simultaneously managing existing relationships. The ideal candidate will thrive in a culture of accountability and achievement while delivering significant business results.
Duties
Account Executive will work with Sales Manager and Operations Manager to maintain and grow local market share within the resale real estate segment.
- Generate profitable sales of the Company’s products and services
- Generate and qualify leads in the residential real estate segment
- Exceed sales goals for transaction and revenue growth
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue with existing clients
- Keep current with industry changes and competitor strategies.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree preferred
Experience
Qualified candidates will possess 3-5 years of sales experience with a detailed, proven track record. Title insurance or residential real estate experience not required.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in a professional manner
- Ability to manage customer base both internally and externally
- Attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to conduct group product presentations and training sessions
- Good prospecting, interviewing and closing skills
- Strong computer skills and social media knowledge
- Maintain an excellent level of communication and relationship with internal staff
Additional Information
Compensation includes competitive Base Salary plus Uncapped commissions on new business revenue and support of existing business
