Chicago Valves and Controls is looking for a valve assembler/warehouse associate to help grow the business.

Shift information:

8:00 AM- 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Assemble valves as well as mechanical and electrical components using a variety of tools according to specifications
  • Locate, identify, and retrieve components for production
  • Process and maintain the quality of a wide variety of valves and hydraulic related products from production
  • Package and label productions according to instructions
  • Order-count checking
  • Use fixed and variable measurement equipment
  • Lift up to 35 pounds
  • Assembler / Assembly Skills
  • Read, write, and speak English
  • Read and interpret production work instructions, production orders, quality plans, blueprints
  • Experience with Mechanical or Electrical Assembly is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
