What are the responsibilities and job description for the Yard Manager position at Chicago Yacht Works?
Seeking a highly motivated, highly organized and structured individual to manage people and processes ranging from construction projects to hauling and launching 70' yachts. The job will require oversight, management and direct responsiibility of an existing team of experienced yard workers and will be the primary link between the various department heads and the yard crew. Applicant must have experince and can demonstrate leading a group of people through challenging logistical situations successfully.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
