Fleet Manager Role Description - The Fleet Manager is a position within Chick-fil-A Conyers that oversees the operation and growth of the Chick-fil-A Delivery department. The Fleet Manager position: - Is a full-time (30 hours) position- hours will increase as demand grows. - Must be able to work nights and weekends - Includes 10% local driving (may need to make occasional deliveries) - Reports to Marketing Director

IN-STORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve in a Team Member role when not serving as Fleet Manager.
- Monitor the Chick-fil-A Delivery operation as drivers come in and out of the restaurant for deliveries.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the CFAD area.
SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
- Possess a comprehensive knowledge of the CFAD business.
- Equip/train CFAD drivers.
- Manage all details and vehicles for the CFAD organization.
