General Responsibilities:
To provide a "remarkable" experience with every team member and guest you come in contact with.
The Team Leader/Shift Leader position is responsible for leading one of two shifts throughout the day (5am-2pm or 2pm-11pm).
Their responsibilities include:
- Setting the team up for success by intentional decision making
- Placing the team members into specific positions
- Managing team member breaks/shifts
- Handling/counting cash drawers
- Solving issues that arise during the shift
- Communicating with guests
- Communicating with other leaders and team members
- Assisting the business wherever is necessary (Front of House or Back of House)
- Mentoring team members
