Pay Rate: $12+
Availability Expectations: Saturdays required with 30 or more hours per week
(Full Time Availability Preferred Though Not Required)
Prerequisites: Must be 18 years of age or older with prior leadership experience

· Know all positions in area where you are to lead
· Appropriately address policy violations
· Coach, train, mentor and develop team members
· Ensure all checklists are completed in a timely manner
· Demonstrate ability to:
— Run breaks efficiently
— Use Setup sheets to appropriately position talent
— Efficiently lead shifts
— Complete inventory transfers
— Ensure proper cash management (Counting register tills, Change fund, InForm)
— Complete SAFE Daily Criticals and eRQAs
— Complete catering orders
