Hospitality Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interacting with customers, including receiving orders, processing sales and monies and managing customer issues.
• Training, motivating, and recognizing team members.
• Coaching, mentoring, and holding team members accountable.
• Preparing products and product projections.
• Maintaining quality of product.
• Ensuring food quality and safety throughout the shift utilizing the tools and resources provided by Chick-fil-A.
• Creating the team member line up, managing breaks, and assisting in inventory management at the shift level.
• Engaging team members to perform at their best each day to become better versions of themselves overall.
• Maintaining a positive working relationship and treating all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
• Communicating employee’s performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling.
• Strictly adhering to all Company policies and procedures.
