THE ROLE

The Area Leader role at Chick-fil-A Phillipsburg is an entry level leadership position that supports day to day operations by serving the Captain as one of the five key leaders in the business. Area Leaders are responsible to exemplify excellent hospitality to our customers while leading by example to their small break out teams of 3-6 people. Chick-fil-A Phillipsburg is committed to giving leaders the opportunity to grow their professional skills and foster opportunities to display those skills in a real world, fast paced organization. Area Leaders are an integral part of our business model and without them, our restaurant does not function. An Area Leader should be able to work in any of the 5 critical operational checkpoints in the business (Bagging, Front Counter, Drive Thru, Primary, Production) and know everything that needs to happen to lead the restaurant in providing a remarkable guest experience. Chick-fil-A Phillipsburg prides itself on being a caring company who treats our entire community with honor, dignity and respect. We are currently looking for Area Leads for both our Front of House and Kitchen, with the ability to work day-time hours, but also committed closers for our restaurant.
