What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-time Dishwasher position at Chick-fil-A | Venice?
Job brief: The ideal candidate believes in showing up on time for work, has a keen eye for detail, is self-motivated, operates with complete integrity, and is very organized. This job is labor-intensive and physically demanding. Please do not apply if you are not available Monday - Saturday from 7:00PM - 12:45AM.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Wash all pans, dishes, containers, and utensils by using a automatic commercial dishwasher or three-compartment sink
- Follows company SOP's for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing, water temperature, approved wash chemicals
- Food safety must be a priority
- Keep dishwasher clean and immediately report functional or mechanical problems to the manager
- Allows dishes to air dry and does not wet stack
- Returns dishes to their proper storage location
- Remove garbage and recycling from the entire restaurant and follows proper SOP for disposal
- Perform cleaning and boil outs of Henny Penny Pressure Cooker and open fryers following company SOP's on a rotating basis
- Complete a variety of deep cleaning tasks on a daily basis
- Work closely with fellow team members to support each other through daily tasks, promote teamwork and a healthy culture

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds
- Must be a self-starter who requires little supervision to perform their role
- Must be a team player (there is no "I" in team)

- Must be available to work Monday thru Saturday from 7P to 1A.
- Typical work hours are 7PM - 1AM, other shifts may be scheduled as needed
In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And, we always have! From the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat with no added fillers or hormones and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times each week. Salads are chopped and prepared by hand, made fresh several times throughout the day.
