The responsibility of each member of our management team is to oversee the production of the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures. They also develop and work beside the entire front-of-house team in providing excellent customer service. This management position is offered as a full time job. The right candidate will have restaurant experience and a proven track record in leadership and facilities management. Prior experience as manager, supervisor, crew lead, shift lead, assistant manager, kitchen manager, BOH manager is very helpful to your success at this job.

Requirements/Responsibilities
Restaurant Manager We are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities: * Consistency and Reliability * Cheerful and Positive Attitude * Professional in Appearance and Behavior * Values Teamwork * Loves Serving and Helping Others Applicants must be able to: * Work Quickly and Efficiently * Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines * Maintain Proper Quality Parameters * Lead a Team of 30 Team Members at One Time * Abide by and Protect all Policies and Procedures Applicants will also be expected to be able work on their feet for many hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. The right candidate will have restaurant experience and a proven track record in leadership and facilities management. Prior experience as manager, supervisor, crew lead, shift lead, assistant manager, kitchen manager, BOH manager very helpful to your success at this job.
