As a Kitchen Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and delivering delicious food to our valued customers while maintaining a focus on food safety.
What will you do?
- Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff to ensure efficient and high-quality food preparation
- Work with the Training Director to instill food Cost & Quality standards with the entire kitchen team
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Monitor and maintain proper food holding and refrigeration temperature control points
- Train and develop team members
- Train and develop new kitchen leaders
- Collaborate with other managers to create and implement operational strategies
- Hold team members accountable to all policy standards
- Ensure LEAN iPads & AHA timers are being utilized properly
- Ensure daily completion of Jolt lists
- Ensure all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant's preventative maintenance programs
- Monitor and implement seasonal menu changes
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a managerial role
- Servant leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Availability for weekend shifts and flexibility with scheduling
- 18 years or older
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, the ability to reach, bend, and stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 pounds
- Self-motivated leader, committed to personal growth
- Ability to multitask
- Willing to take initiative to assist in other roles
