What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Tech position at Chick-fil-A?
The Kitchen Maintenance Tech is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and functionality of the restaurant's facilities, and BOH equipment. Key responsibilities include performing daily cleaning tasks, maintaining equipment and appliances, including ovens, performing routine maintenance tasks, such as changing the oil in the fryers, cleaning low boys; and putting away truck supplies. This candidate will also be responsible for morning food prep to ensure daily production is available for the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. This candidate MUST be available to work the opening shift (4AM-12PM)
