Salary range : $65,000 - $75,000 per year
A Kitchen Director at Chick-fil-A helps create an atmosphere that is fast, accurate, but never rushed. They assist in the process of new hire training, keep track of waste, and run an effective and efficient shift including running breaks throughout.
We also expect our Directors to maintain all food safety and quality standards, administer food safety checks, and hold Team Members accountable to all Chick-fil-A and health department standards, NO exceptions.

As Kitchen Director, your main responsibilities would include :
- Maintain Chick-fil-A quality of food
- Ensure SAFE daily criticals are completed as well as ERQAs
- Ensure equipment and utensils are well maintained and cleaned
- Assist with scheduling and staffing levels
- Oversee training of new kitchen team members
- Hold team to exemplary kitchen cleanliness standards
- Maintain inventory levels and monitor waste

Requirements :
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant kitchen experience
- Experience running shifts
- Previous Chick-fil-A Experience preferred but not required
- ServSafe Certification preferred
