Join our award-winning team! CHIKO is a restaurant concept by The Fried Rice Collective (Anju, I Egg You, TFRC Catering) founded by award-winning Chefs Danny Lee and Scott Drewno.
Co-Owner Danny Lee was nominated as a James Beard Award semifinalist for Best Chef Mid-Atlantic in the Spring of 2020. While Co-Owner Scott Drewno has received the coveted "Chef of the Year" prize twice. Additionally, they have been featured in several national and local publications, such as the Wall Street Journal, Food and Wine, Men's Health, Washington Post, Washingtonian, and many more.
