The Early Head Start Home Visitor is responsible for implementing the Early Head Start Home-based program including home visits and socializations. This position is responsible for lesson planning, guiding parents as their children’s first teacher, maintaining accurate documentation and assisting families in ensuring their needs are met.
Qualifications:
·An associate or bachelor’s degree in social work, early childhood education, or other human services field is preferred
·Completion of the Parents As Teachers (PAT) certification within 6 months of hire is required
Schedule: 20 hours a week, Monday-Friday year-round
