What are the responsibilities and job description for the CHILDCARE DIRECTOR position at Childcare?
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Knowledgeable of Kentucky childcare licensing regulations.
- Familiar with the Childcare Assistance Program
- Provides for the recruitment and selection of center staff.
- Manages center staffing and scheduling.
- Monitors curriculum development and facilitation.
- Maintain center's budget.
- Addressing parent concerns / questions; conducting parent conferences when applicable.
- Completes and submits weekly reports
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
