You will work at our main office and in the field providing 1st level technical support for the determination, resolution, or escalation of technical problems related to Windows environments and applications, electronic mail, enterprise applications & databases, security issues, desktop hardware/software, server hardware/software and production equipment related issues.

Position Details
Responsibilities
- Provides onsite and remote help desk support to end users at multiple locations in the DFW area
- Identies, diagnoses, and resolves technical support problems on equipment, systems, and infrastructure
- Tracks, updates, and maintains helpdesk tickets using internal helpdesk software; and responds to incoming calls, pages, and/or e-mails regarding desktop problems
- Assists users with, but not limited to, application issues, hardware problems, requests for hardware/software, device/connectivity issues, passwords, LAN/WAN, new user accounts, and access requests
- Follows up on any outstanding issues with customers regarding status and closure of incidents/requests
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Posseses technical knowledge in the following:
- Ticketing system (Connectwise, Autotask, NetSupport etc.)
- RMM Tools (Continuum, Datto, etc.)
- O365
- Workstation support and migration /Ipads
- Wireless Technologies (Ubiquiti, Meraki/NetGear)
- Provide Application Support for popular PC applications (examples: Microsoft Office, Microsoft OS, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, Internet Browsers, iOS / Android
Education and Experience
- College Degree and/or equivalent industry certifications preferred
- 3 Years of experience is preferred but not required
Travel and Compliance Requirements
- Must have a valid Texas driver's license
- Driving record must comply with CCG's automobile insurance carrier requirements
- Must have liability insurance coverage and reliable personal transportation
- Ability to travel locally or out of town as required
- Mileage reimbursement is offered when applicable
- Must successfully meet all compliance background check requirements for federal funding throughout employment
