POSITION SUMMARY
The Supervisor is responsible for the overall management of the maintenance department. This includes serving as a resource to the COO-Facilities and others, achieving defined objectives by planning, evaluating, developing, implementing, and maintaining services in compliance with established guidelines,
codes, and regulations; and supervising and directing assigned staff. Maintenance Supervisors should display strong problem solving and decision-making skills with a solid understanding of building maintenance, repairs, refurbishments, cleaning and managing staff.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Review daily maintenance requests from company owned/operated facilities and other businesses affiliated with Childers Oil Company
- Prioritize all maintenance requests based on severity of problem and schedule requests with service techs and contractors
- Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
- Conduct preventative maintenance work.
- Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.
- Conduct safety inspections as scheduled.
- Monitor and re-stock all on-hand parts in warehouse
- Issue purchase orders to anyone ordering and buying parts in the maintenance department and approve invoices on parts that are purchased from maintenance techs
- Monitor time and process payment to contractors weekly, along with preparing monthly spreadsheets for breakdown of labor per job
- Keep all inspections up to date on hoods, hood cleaning, fire suppressions, fire extinguishers and septic and grease tanks
- Report and follow-up on any phone-line issues with phone companies for all doublekwik stores and offices
- Manage all company cell phones and contracts. Help fix any issues or replacements as they are needed. Review monthly billings/charges for accuracy.
- Monitor GPS on all company vehicles with installation and tracking
- Take all after hour emergency calls from all doublekwik stores and affiliated companies. Complete dispatch and follow-up calls

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Experience:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Industry
- Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures and maintenance.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
- Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related communication tools.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
