We are looking for a dedicated individual that is passionate and takes pride in creating and sustaining the highest quality educational environment. This individual will effectively and efficiently run all School operations with the assistance of the Assistant Director, and have FUN too! We are open year round, closing the week of Christmas to the New Year. Yes, that’s on top of your generous Paid time off. WOW!

Director Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Be accountable for the operation of the school, ensuring that the school is operating in accordance with school policies and PA State licensing Minimum Standards.
  • Be responsible for ensuring that the environment is educational and safe for the children and parents.
  • build self-esteem and help children develop a love for learning.
  • Ensure presence in the community, growth of new families and children in center
  • Hire, Train and Develop Teachers
  • Required Skills and Experience:
  • At least two years Director experience
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with families and team members
  • Director Qualified in PA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
