Overview
The Data Analyst I is responsible for analyzing trends and insights in the data, and enabling stakeholders to make data-driven decisions and take action. The Data Analyst I will partner with business and clinical stakeholders across the enterprise. This position is part of the Data Intelligence team.

Responsibilities
- Conducts data analysis to produce actionable insights
- Partners with stakeholders to understand business needs and present insights and solutions
- Partners with Data Engineering (DE) team and Data Architects (DA) to identify new data sources for the Modern Data Platform (MDP)
- Discovers emerging analytic techniques and applies them to the business
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years experience Background in data analytics and history of using analytics to drive action. Experience presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Starting Pay
Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $27.87/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
Remote Work/Work from Home
This position is entirely remote or work-from-home. The person hired must live in the Kansas City metro area and may attend on-site meetings, as scheduled.
