Responsibilities
- Utilizes nursing process and knowledge of scientific principles to provide, age appropriate nursing care for assigned patients under the supervision of an RN
Qualifications
- Associates Degree required, Bachelor's preferred
- Ability to sit for RN NCLEX State Board exam
- Direct care nurses without a BSN hired on or after September 1, 2013 are required to enroll in an academic program promptly in order to complete their BSN degree requirements within 5 years of their hire date
- No experience necessary / on-the-job training
- RN license in the primary state of employment will be required by start date
- Must obtain secondary license within 90 days of hire
- RN's hired to work at a Kansas facility must have both MO and KS license by start date
- RN's hired to work in both MO and KS upon hire, must have both MO and KS license by start date
Starting Pay
Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $26.50, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
Remote Work/Work from Home
This position is not eligible work remotely, which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Children’s Mercy locations and may not work from home
