Job Summary
Responsible for providing secretarial/assistant support to the department director
- Ability to organize resource library, organize files, distribute appropriate materials.
- Provide appropriate monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.
- Organize meetings, assist with writing of flyers, sends information for hospital newsletters, maintain daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly calendars.
- Transcribes and composes minutes, correspondence, monthly reports and maintains time and attendance records.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent and two years college preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology.
Experience
Three years secretarial experience preferably in a health care or educational setting and certification or courses in office administration a plus. Must have Microsoft Office experience.
